Returns Policy


Eleven 10 Custom Unit Apparel products can not be returned because of the custom nature of the products. You can EXCHANGE apparel for a different size as long as the garment does not have custom text added to it and is considered a standard option for your unit. 

To exchange a product for a different size, you can login to your account and use the returns section or email us at 

If your product has defects, we'll be happy to replace the product and cover shipping costs. You'll need to start the process by logging into your account and using the returns section or contact us at We'll have you send the defective product back to us (we'll cover shipping both ways) and we'll ship you out a new product. 

  • What cannot be returned: No returns on customized products. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
  • Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
  • Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
  • Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.Unless it is a defective product, they we cover the shipping costs. 

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
